At Guest Accommodation Ltd, we believe that where you live shapes how you live. Since opening our doors in March 2023, our mission has been simple: to redefine shared living by offering modern, comfortable, and community-driven accommodation for people from all walks of life.

Our journey began with our founder – someone who spent years experiencing shared living first-hand. After seeing the challenges many tenants face and understanding what the market was missing, he set out to build a company that truly puts people first. This vision remains at the heart of everything we do. We are client-driven, we listen, and we constantly evolve to deliver the best living experience on the market.

Today, we proudly manage 11 properties, including flats and mid-terrace houses, designed to suit every budget. Each home is furnished in a warm, European style – cozy, modern, and thoughtfully curated to create the perfect balance between comfort and practicality. Our houses come fully equipped with all essentials, such as fridge-freezers, microwaves, toasters, kettles, stylish dining areas, and inviting lounges complete with sofas and coffee tables.

But what truly sets us apart is the way we create connection.

We design each home with the tenant community in mind, making it easy for people to meet, relax, share meals, unwind, collaborate, or simply enjoy meaningful conversations. In a world where everyone is glued to their phones, we bring people together again – because connection fuels happiness, creativity, and growth.

Most of our properties also feature welcoming garden spaces fitted with tables and chairs, encouraging outdoor socialising and creating a true sense of home.
